No – We send an NVQ assessor to you site to conduct assessments. We are a customer focused business and always make sure that the customers is not disrupted, so we come to you.

Timescales differ depending on which NVQ you are undertaking but usually:

Level 2 = 5-6 weeks
Level 3/4 = 10-13 weeks
Level 5 = 15 weeks
Level 6 = 3-7 months (varies based on candidate engagement)

The times above are estimates but also courses can vary depending on the time and individual on the course.

No – You cannot go straight to a CPCS Blue card without first holding a Red trained operators card.

Yes – You can go straight to a Blue NPORS card without having to hold a Red trained operators card first.

Yes – You can go straight to a CSCS Skilled Blue workers card by completing an NVQ.

Must have valid ID, address, date of birth, national insurance and must be currently working on-site.

All these details are used to confirm your identity using the CPCS/NPORS/CSCS card checker and the LRS (Learner Registration System) which we also use to generate your unique learning number.

There are no additional charges. Registration, assessment and certification are all one set price.

Yes – you have one year after expiration to register onto the appropriate NVQ.

Yes – if your red card is near expiry, you can register for an NVQ and CPCS will grant you a 1 year extension on your Red Card.

Once you have gained an NVQ it has no expiration.
